Neo Software not loading

Post by octlights » Wed Oct 07, 2015 10:22 pm

I was using the Fixture Library editor. On saving and exiting the system locked and required hard reboot. When it restarted the board I get error "Brand Failed To Load. Does not get past that. Not sure where to go. Board is only couple weeks old

Do a full hard restart. (Power off, wait a few seconds, power back on). That should restore. If not, contact tech support. 800.4.STRAND.

Resolved. Issue was a corrupted .brand_info file that occurred while using fixture editor to create new LED personality. I had to delete the active fixture library and copy backup fixture library into the active fixture folder. System then restarted and I was able to load most current fixture library
