select&apply

is there a way to have an option like select then apply on submasters bump button ?
I would like to select the fixtures in the submaters by pressing the bump button.
I succeeded with macros select fixtures and deselect fixtures but it is sooo long to do!

any idea?

Let's see if I understand your question with this example...

Let's say I have a bunch of position palettes recorded for my 12 moving lights. And position number 5 is on the Throne. However, there is only 1 ML that is stored on the throne and I don't remember which ML it is. If you bring up the virtual 5X5 (or just use the LPVL's 5x5) and press and hold SHIFT will selecting the Throne preset, then the console will select the appropriate fixture(s), then pressing again will apply the throne's info to the selected fixture.

It's not the same as BUMP but I bring this up as it may be a way to get what you are looking for.

well what I want ( the light designer want ) is to control intensities of the submasters by pressing the bump button.
one press select the fixtures in the submaster
another press deselect the fixtures.

the light designer uses a lot of submasters and he wants to control it with the slider as usual and with the bump button as i describe.
