Palette Video Tutorial

Post by JohnGrimshaw » Wed Mar 04, 2009 7:41 pm

I have posted in You Tube a series of 40x videos that run through the basic functions of the console at version 10.4.x. Obviously, things change, and while I will be maintaining newer videos (as upgrades are released and I get time), I will make no promises as to availability for the new ones!

In any case, these uploaded videos remain a good starting point for people to get into the console for the first time.

The vides are divided into 3 to 8min segments, and if taken numerically from 1 to 39, will take about 2hrs to run.

Advertisment...
(hope this is ok!)
I will happily mail out data discs to people with all videos in wmv format - though these will cost you AUS$99. The data can be copied to a console and played from there (you will need a USB headset on the Palette - Light Palettes have a sound card). Package with Headset is AUS$149. Postage charges will be kept as small as possible. contact me by email for more details. jgrimshaw@byteent.com.au

Great John! Very clear training video's. Really good job.

I presume the DVD has a bonus DVD with The Making Off, a Theatrical Trailer, Interviews, etc. etc.??? 8-)

I want to see the Bonus section contain the interview of you after you got off the plane from Vegas.

John was interviewed on TV after the plane landed because the aircraft had lost some navigational abilities and had to fly on the wing of a New Zealand flight to get home.

He videod the whole thing.

I'll have to make sure there is an outtakes video then!

Here is the news article and that interview from that flight after LDI...
