Century Array suggestion
Bobby and i were talking a couple of weeks ago, and came upon the idea of being able to configure the Century Array in a tabbed environment, in order to take up less screen space. it would also allow for the 5th Palette screen that the PaletteVL has without causing a ruckus about screen space and button size. once in tab space, it would also be nice to be able to change the button size to personal preference.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Century Array suggestion
Century Array 2 is a work in progress,
the main feature is a macro display.
The palette banks can either be 2 on top and 2 on bottom,
or like in this pic, that can consume 1/2 of a 1280x1024 screen.
Lots and lots of user options aren't planned,
but I'm sure you'll agree the new version is an improvement.
I still can't "get" the info from the console I need to finish,
but hopefully Gary will add the functions I need soon.

Any chance that the up and down buttons will function like they do on the console's 5x5 one's? It would be nice if you could load up the array buttons on the console and have more then just the 4 look pages available in the Century Array application.

I like the look of what's going on. my only suggestion like the original post would be to put tabs in the custom part. and I agree with Andrew about the page arrows.

Re: Century Array suggestion
The one request I would have is to put an UNDO button somewhere on the screen. I know its not far to move your hand but if you accidentally push a wrong button I need to shift my focus somewhere else to undo the incorrect keystroke.

The page up and down buttons will mimic the functionality of the LightPalette VL button panels.
The Lua macro is currently incorrect in its function,
but I requested the chnage when I first started this project.

I really like the idea of Tabs. Then get the keyboard shortcuts really working. CTRL-TAB to switch tabs. PG-UP and PG-DN to change pages. F1-12 for the first twelve buttons on a page. Also A thru Y for all 25 buttons.

It would be nice to have the arrays live on a 2nd or 3rd touch screen when running a live event.
