App for iPad control

Post by GerMan » Sat Jul 04, 2015 9:05 pm

Hello,

is there also own App for the control of the console by iPad?
The App LFRemote is hardly to be used. PAN/TILT does not function at all and Submaster 10% to 90% bring with 1% to 9% in each case as a DMX output.
Only from 10% the value is right. :(

I'll ask Martin to look at this.

I have found and fixed an issue with submasters using the app. I was able to apply a fix within NEO itself to reolve this. Essentially the direct 1 digit feature would cause values send from the remote below 10 being recognized by the system as values x10.

I was not however able to see a problem with the pan and tilt control. This worked as expected on my phone.

I have tried the use of P/T with several devices unsuccessfully. They can be selected per App, the intensity can be shifted and the colour is changeable.
Only P/T does not function.

BTW: It would be great if the app stored in future the access data. It is very uncomfortable if one must give these data regularly anew.

I have tested this with a VL440 and a VL4K and it appears to be working as expected for me. I also tested with both an iOS and Android device (not sure what you are using). I only tested phone format devices as it does not look like a tablet in your photos.
There have been no changes recently that I can think of that would make a difference here so I am at a loss as to what this might be.
Are you running the latest 3.5 release or beta version?

The problem probably resulted from the changed regional settings which I have put back now again.

Now also functions PAN/TILT with the app.

However, I hope that the application is still developed.
It should be absolutely possible to save access data (IP).

thanks

Hello,
with iOS9 the App cannot be used any more (iPad and iPhone). She opens only one moment and then closes again.
When there be an app update and is it with the opportunity maybe like improvements (as for example to memories of the IP addresses)?
