Hello!
I´m running version 2.3. The board locks itself when cue 17, 1, 13 , 53, 64 or 22 are loaded or played. If I turn it off it unlocks itself.
We are in the middle of tech week, is there a quick fix for this?
Thanks

Re: Console crashes on random cues
This was reported by our software engineer. He can duplicate the issue but can't find the problem yet. But here is something that you can try.
Find the cue that makes the console crash, restore the desk then preview the crashing cue. Press "List". That may fix the cue's database. Or you can delete the cue that crashes the system and rebuild.
He will keep looking but hopefully that will help.

Re: Console crashes on random cues
Thanks for all your help.
I reset the board completely and started from scratch. I had to redo everything: patch, palletes, fixture profiles, cues, subs, everything. So far it was the only thing that works.
It seems like a bug related with the update from 1.2 to 1.3. Because this happened only after we updated the software. The patch, the pallets and the subs, were made while we had 1.29.

That info may help and I've sent this to the software engineer.
