FX on Looks

Post by TerryHynes » Thu Sep 05, 2013 5:08 pm

So I have a look(look 23) with 4 profiles ballyhooing and colour chasing and a rotating gobo. I have another look(look 22) with the same profiles with no colour, no gobo and a Sine Wave iris effect and ballyhoo. So if I have look 23 up and I then bring up Look 22, why don't the profiles drop their colour and gobo? Tried setting 22 as Assertive. But that didn't make any difference it just piled the look on top of the other one.

on the No Color and No Gobo, is it no information for color and gobo or do those items have an instruction to go to No Color and No Gobo.

I tried putting a value of 1% for Yellow in Look 22 to see if it that would work. But it still couldn't steal the values from Look 23. I'll send the show file soon - don't have a USB stick with me at the moment.
