Is the webserver checkmark on, on the main console and off on every other OLE, console, back-up, etc. in the network?

it is checked, yes.
page loads fine, the commands from the page are not controlling the console.

something I am missing?

Matt: As I asked in another post... what palette version are you running?
Anything below 10.8.2009(ish...) and it will do nothing as you describe.
You need at least 10.8.2011 for it to function correctly (Gary sorted out a few issues in new web server and the lua scripting that I make use of).

**** OK, so i'll be posting one last update (for a long while - time to go to work :) ) in a week or so, have sped up the picker and position pad - feels much nicer, especially from my iphone. Anyone spying any annoyances or bugs please let me know so I can fix (if possible). ****

Use 127.0.0.1 as the IP address to run mRFU directly on the console in Firefox. This will hide the command pad

Position Pad and Colour Picker will resize to the browser window when made big. This makes it possible to use only part of your screen real estate on PC or Console

mRFU version 2.3 up for grabs
** Requires PaletteOS 10.8.3 or greater **

Usage changes:
- Next/Prev Fixture now kills only the remotes current selection - no longer uses RemDim
- [Rel] now requires a double tap to release all fixtures (I've hit many times by accident!!)
- Recording of default attribute groups on a lookpage is now honored - this makes recording palettes possible
- MUST use an IP address to connect. Windows name resoloution takes too long and hinders the remotes functions

Colour Picker:
- Enhanced update speed to 100ms

Position Pad:
- Removed handle drawing due to high CPU consumption
- Enhanced precision to 2 decimal places to allow fine control
- Smooth movement between steps
- Adjustable step distance multiplier in the settings. The higher the number the faster they go (at the cost of fine control)
- Option to invert tilt direction in the settings

Misc:
- Ton of bug fixes
- Added mRFU action entries to the consoles history log
- Added prevention of sending commands while still loading previous command. If this happens "Wait for it..." will be displayed for a short period. In most cases just hit the button again and all will be fine.

Compatability:
Add IE 9 to the bad list
Add Firefox 2 to the good list

ENJOY!

mRFU has now had over 500 hours poured into it's development - Please Note that as of v2.3 mRFU is no longer being considered 'free'. However for now it will remain free to download and use.

Install: Please remove old versions of mRFU before extracting to your web directory (D:\web on the console).
Ensure the Web Server is active under: Hardware Setup > Console.

While Firefox 2 did work when I tested it on the console - as a preference use the latest version (or chrome, or safari)
Do you mean the remote doesn't loads at all?

Seen as the download has gone mysteriously missing - here's a minor update without pinch zoom locked to better support android.
