Repeatibly is good news. Excuse me if I'm being redundant - but for the record - would you please shut down the s/w - restart it (loading last show) - do nothing but repeat the problem then press SHIFT+S1 and document what you did. This gives us complete visibility as to what you have done (including show file, s/w, h/w, button presses etc.)
Thanx

Robert: Sent three sample feedback reports. I believe the problem also showed up once today just using Go button, which also happened maybe once or twice last spring..... didn't think to save that one.... will next time if it happens again.
There seems to be a problem with the feedback report. For each of the three, I listed three comments itemizing what I did. Apparently only the first one shows up in the report, at least per my email verification. Bobby has confirmed this.
Per Bobby, I have updated to latest beta 10.6.1009. No change. Problem remains intact...

This is a text/html mail issue. I wish I could force it to include all the text. It seems to be truncating after a <CR-LF>. It's annoying, but rest assured, the log file has your three lines of text in there.

Ok, glad you have all the info. To summarize, the first report was just using the XF slider, the second was using Go and then the XF slider (both of these were logged right after problem surfaced). The third was taken further down the cue list, to show how the tracking channels go blank. Any questions, let me know. Thanks!

Last Call:
* Can anyone duplicate this problem on their console?
* Any possible software fix?
* Do the feedback reports shed any light?
Thanks.

I have a preset palette48/96 (silver) and have the same problem when i have the faders set to playback master/ crossfade.
Both faders seem to work as a playback masters. If both faders are up and the right fader is pulled down black out on stage with red box around levels. If Left fader is pulled down levels are take to full. The crossfade fader seems to setup the playback master fader as working in reverse order.

I can't duplicate this on my PVL16. Frustrating.
