Dim-curves

Post by Jeroen » Thu Jun 08, 2017 11:29 am

Hi,

we're using 2 of your 500ML consoles in 2 of our television studio's.
We just ordered a 3rd one.

Overall we're very satisfied on how the desk behaves.

We have a lot of PLL-banks and some TL-strips on DALI-controllers.
Is it possible to create some different dim-curves assignable to dimmers or seperate Generic dimmers with some other dim-curves (Fluo-Switch-Square,...).

Thanks a lot,

Jeroen.

The 500ML does not have a patch profile that can modify the relationship between the controller eg Level and the DMX output for a channel. It only has setting of Fade or a Snap relationship with the possibility to set the Max and Min levels and/or invert it.

Thanks Bobby for your reply.

The possibility to assign different curves to outputs isn't necessary.
The question was if there was a possibility to add an extra instrument on the desk software with a dedicated curve for TL's or PLL's.
The TL's and PLL's have the same behavior but they don't react lineair when used with a lineair dimmer patched to that channel.

Thanks a lot,

Jeroen.
