Desk Stalling

Hi there,
We've had this issue twice when using flash buttons as a manual chase. After a while particularity if the chase is fast the console stalls and that ever output is on stays up. We can manually fade down each channel but subs are locked out and requires a desk reboot to return to normal.

Any advice?

Recommend you contact tech support via phone or email so that we can sort this out. We may want to use Live Support to log in to your desk remotely. You can email us at matthew.peters@philips.com and bobby.harrell@philips.com. I'll also contact the software lead about this.

As a quick suggestion to help identify this problem. Can you open the "Console Debug Window" from the "More" menu.
In this you will see a check box (bottom right) labeled "Cap Sense". Please turn that off and see if this make a difference to the issue you are experiencing. If it makes no difference to the problem please turn it back on.

Please mention the results of this test to support when you contact them.
