Failed to show files

“Failed to show files. An occured saving the show.” show error when storing my file. can't saved the show. what can I do? thanks

Where are you saving the showfile? I recommend the Neo Shows folder on the hard drive.

What software version are you on?

I cannot save my file to the internal disk or usb disk.

I can't process "save or save as" commands
