Problem on NEO console submasters with software version 3.8.2.97
Important remark: all our customers have a console with a 1st generation processor.
Description of the problem:
when you moved slowly (Up or down) one submaster for example, from 0% to 40% with channels, the channels in the subs abruptly go from 0% to 40% without varying the intensity of the channels.
My customers explaine that the problem it's random.

You may find that the solution is to turn off Capsense.
Go to More > Console Debug Window and you'll find a check box for Capsense. This should be disabled. The password to accomplish this is 2606.
