Urgent
Problem on NEO console submasters with software version 3.8.2.97
Important remark: all our customers have a console with a 1st generation processor.
Description of the problem:
when you moved slowly (Up or down) one submaster for example, from 0% to 40% with channels, the channels in the subs abruptly go from 0% to 40% without varying the intensity of the channels.
My customers explaine that the problem it's random.

You may find that the solution is to turn off Capsense.

Go to More > Console Debug Window and you'll find a check box for Capsense. This should be disabled. The password to accomplish this is 2606.

Dear Bobby,
I called my customers, at first glance, the problem of submasters was settled by disabling Capsense.
Thank you for your help.

Happy to help and glad it worked out. This has been resolved for 3.8.3 and moving forward.
