Hello,

My NEO console was put into service this last April. I have seen the same issues occasionally with the software loading incorrectly. Sometimes the attributes screens are all messed up showing random pixel patterns. The wheels will work, but the screens don't change. Does reinstalling the software take care of all of this?? I'm aware that there is a new release coming out soon. Should I just wait to see if it clears up with that??

When you say attribute screens are you talking about the 4 small encoder screens? This could be a connection issue on the ribbon cables.

Yes. There will be software update to 3.8 coming out soon. (It's in process at the factory right now).

If I understand correctly, you have 2 issues. 1. Software loading incorrectly. 2. Encoder screen stability.

We may want to look at the logs and see what's going on.
