update problem

update problem

Hello,
Since the last update of the off-line,i can't find lee filters. i have no problem with on console.
What can i do to fix it ?

I assume this is version 3.3.0.97? They should be there. I would redownload and reinstall.

Hi,
This is the version that i have a problem. I tried to update and reinstalled. It does not work.

Let's make sure you are updating the software using the recommended procedure.

Copy the exe file to a USB stick.
Insert the USB stick into a NEO USB port.
In NEO, More > Control Panel > Maintenance > Update NEO Software
It will find the latest version on the USB key and generate a update dialogue box.
Follow the prompts to install.

That should update the console software.
