In using the window layout manager, I have windows stored on my second display for my palettes. When using the console buttons for "cue lists" or "groups", etc. to bring those windows to the front, or to open them, they are then covering the palette windows. Using the "close" button does close those windows as long as I've not been anywhere else on the display. Sometimes pressing "Close" does nothing. Is there a way to bring up all of the palette windows that are open with one keystroke?? Pressing the "Palette" button only brings up the palette selection screen.
Thanks for your help.

Start by "docking" the palette windows as it sounds like you are placing them on the 2nd monitor but not docking. Make sure that "Enable Advanced Docking System" is on (System Properties > Appearances). Restart software if necessary. You'll know this is on if the 2nd monitor's background is gray instead of black. Once on, drag a palette window onto the 2nd monitor but don't let go. See the docking icons? Drag the window at the mouse pointer to one of those icons and it will preview where it will dock. The one at 12:00 will put it in the top, 3:00 the right side, 6:00 the bottom and so on. If you do NOT dock them, the windows will be floating and not achieve the desired results. So dock one of the palette windows, say in the bottom half. Then the Cue List window and place in the top half. Now you have cue lists docked on top and a palette window docked on the bottom half. From here I recommend opening another palette window and dock it right on top of the other palette window. If that is done, then you will see they are in the same window frame and are now tabbed. Repeat for all desired palette windows.
Once you have this setup the way you want, go to More > Windows Layout Manager and save this. Don't forget to set this as your default layout here.
Hope that helps.
