Neo start up

Post by pkobor » Tue Oct 31, 2017 9:59 am

We have been having 2 channels on the board that have a yellow box around intensity on start up and only come up to 40% unless we hit RemDim after start up. It didn't happen before and is starting to happen all the time now. Any idea whats going on and how we can fix this ?

Sounds like you have a inhibitive sub that is affecting those. I would go thru the Groups display, filter to only look at Submasters (the button at the top) and then go thru and see what other subs may be controlling those channels.

Thank you. I didn't find anything in groups but when I went to ALL i saw that master fader 1 was inhibiting those 2 channels so I changed it to ALL and on start up the block was gone. Thank you !
