Third screen problem

i have a problem with my third screen(with native display port).when i start console with the third screen i can't configure it, the definition is like on a vga monitor. but when i plug it after starting it works well. what can i do.

We have seen the same problem. Currently we have not found a fix for this. If you can please send me an email to bobby.harrell@philips.com so that I can get others involved.

I'll be in Dallas again this coming week where I hope to do more testing on a possible solution.

Boby, Can be a track for find the problem?
If the console works and the screen is connected to "display port", then the screen run well = same resolution as the other two screens. If you connect the screen before turning on the console, the screen does not have the correct resolution at power on of console and it's not possible to change it, in parameters of windows.
It's better than nothing, but it's not ideal for customers!!!

Yes. That is a good point. I don't find it sufficient but it's better than nothing.

We are now shipping Neo with a new processor. One that has 2 display port connectors. Each console now comes with 2 display port/HDMI adapters. If you purchase a display port to HDMI splitter, you can output to 3 monitors.
