Live Display Font and size

Post by rrcamike » Mon Dec 31, 2018 2:32 pm

I usually use expanded(verbose) for my live display. I want to try the classic, but the font used is huge, as in only part of a number shows. I've tried adjusting the font size in the Appearance options, as well as changing the auto-size and locked size. I've attached a picture...
I do not have this problem in the Lightfactory software on my computer.

Also, everytime I restart the console, the channel boxes change size.

Is there something I'm missing to fix these?

Thank you, Mike

Oh, as an aside, I've asked before about the number of monitors I can use with NEO. I now use four; 1 - channel grid/home, 2 - docked windows, 3 - projector and local monitor, and 4 - misc stuff like a music app.
I have no problems with it running, including cue list media video and audio. I just have to start it up with out a monitor plugged into the display port, and then plug that monitor in after it is all started up.

It looks like the classic view has been "scrolled" to a large size. Press VIEW + Scroll Wheel down and that should decrease the size.

As far as number of monitors, if it's the old processor (DVI, HDMI, Display Port) then 2 is recommended although some use 3. If it's the newer processor (2 - DisplayPort) then 3 is fine with a specified DisplayPort / HDMI splitter. Our part number is #91025 if ordering from a Strand dealer or you can find it on Amazon.

Thank you, I didn't realize sizing was an option! Fixed now.

How much for the newer processor?

Mike

That would need to go thru a local dealer. Please email me off list if you wish. bobby.harrell@signify.com
