I try and manage and provide the info whether it's bugs or feature requests (some additional info comes from tech support and from other product specialists globally that may not go thru the forum). But I have no authority over the China engineers. At every occasion where I have had no or limited development responses, I contact the CTO, discuss the situation and ask for engineering's support. While I agree with your comments, I am left with the same opportunities. I contact the appropriate personnel and try and move things forward.
Hi Bobby, My reading of all the comments here is that most/all feel the same as I do, that you're not the problem, and are indeed being put in an invidious position. So I'll repeat my question: who do we need to speak to who is able to either make things happen or give authoritative answers to questions? And can they be got to come on here, or to some other mechanism where we as a group can talk to them (we being those who are just too stubborn to give up on this!)? If they won't, can we email them?

Even if all they have to say is 'tough luck, losers, it's a bust and we can't sort it,' Id genuinely rather hear that than this completely uninformed limbo.

That is the frustrating thing - its potential is there to see.

I appreciate everyone's stubbornness and passion. My fault lies in my optimism. I keep thinking that it will change and that is likely a foolish position for me to take.

My thought has always been to go to the appropriate manager. In this case, I believe that is the CTO, Alex Nicu. I would suggest emailing him. alex.nicu@philips.com.

I had a meeting with him last week regarding the 250ML and he will discuss with China. I'm not expecting to see any different response.
