Update error

I tried to update the desk software from 1.1 to 1.2 but the desk failed to recognize the files and crashed.
Now when powering the desk it keeps showing the error on update and it's stalled. I can't do anything with it.
Is there a way of doing reset to the console?

this could be due to a bad USB key or the lose of connecting to that key.

I would recommend that you call tech support 800.4STRAND.

I inserted the 1.1 software on the usb disk, as it was before, and when restarting the console, the "update" process was successful.
Copied again the 1.2 software to the usb and repeated the updating process. This time all went fine. :D
The desk was successfully updated .
