Would it be possible to create a macro that performs a page down action in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
That way you could have an annotated script as PDF on a second monitor or on a separate PC on the network.

Seems it may be possible. A quick search relieved this:

Only few restrictive DDE messages has been defined by adobe to control reader from outside.
This class maps some usefull DDE messages that will allow you open, seek, print and close a file in acrobat.
