I'm learning so forgive me if i am pointing out the obvious.

HC.SoftkeyPress( 'S', 7 )

is S8, 0 is counting as S1, is this meant to be? does 0 = the first in all lua script?

I am attempting to create a variable/macro as a shortcut to random strobe intensity effect, as i find i use it a lot. I know its not many button presses to get the effect anyway, but i'm mainly doing it just to learn Lua scripting, and see what is possible 8-)

thanks in advance!

In most cases a straight number is indeed an index.
So 0 is always the first.

In this case though, I would call this a bug and it should be reported as so.
