dongle exident

From one minute to the other it worked no longer
The Dongl 1500 channells
he has not been formatted

that happened in the last 6 years three times

how do we get back to a working dongle?
inthe past time Bill Richards had sent a new dongl
how does that work now

Work thru tech support to get a new dongle as it would seem the USB key as failed. I'll send this forum post to Matthew Peters (matthew.peters@philips.com) to work with you on it.

He will need the serial number of the dongle and the channel count (which you said is 1500) to process a replacement.
