Classic Palette II fails to boot

Turned on the Palette after a week of it being off. Digital Engine screen comes and the Windows Vista green loading bar shows up, but after that the screen goes dark.

I managed to boot it into safe mode and it says the OS Shell failed to launch, giving me only the Task Manager to work with.

Would updating the Palette OS via USB fix my problem? Is there a way to restore the OS Shell?

I want to make sure this wasn't originally just a video output problem. It may now be a OS issue.

I recommend calling tech support. Matthew Peters would likely be the best person to talk to. 800.4.STRAND.

I have this same problem, but I can not get the desk to boot into safe mode.
Does anyone remember the solution ?

Call tech support. It is likely a hardware issue and could be a problem with the power supply.
