Vision.net Strand Touch Panel-issue

Hello,
We are using a Strand Touch Panel 95239PBK, running vision.net, to control a CD80 rack for a lighting system in one of our galleries. The Strand touch panel quit working and does not appear to load from a USB drive. The green LED above the touch panel lights up but the display simply flashes on reboot, then does nothing and it does not appear to be reading the USB drive to load its .ntc2 file from the UPDATE folder. Wondering if someone might be familiar with this touch panel or can direct me to some place that might have more information on trouble shooting this issue? Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated.
