Damn - it has been a while since I played in here - but now that I am programming a show with Palette for the first time in a couple of years, I need to brush the cobwebs off my knowledge (which is slowly coming back to me). Anyway...
Having patched a Generic RGB, and put it at full and CCT@6500K, the DMX output values are:
Red @ 75%
Green @ 100%
Blue @ 82%
Running individual or pairs of colours to full gets you full red, green and blue. It is only the "white" RGB combo that has the restriction - presumably this is the CCT values kicking in.
Is there a non-CCT RGB fixture version? In other words, a way to let me access the full 100% of each value running at the same time - and still have an RGB fixture?
Interestingly, if you set the profile of the red channel to "Delayed Start" you get 84%, and "Fast End" gets you 53%. I don't think this is as intended.

Set the CCT Mode channel to "Direct".
