10.8.4 Effect bug

Post by gooze » Mon Nov 14, 2011 10:19 am

If you put a sine effect on pan on a moving light that has a pan of zero degrees, it won't move around the base value. Instead it start moving away and towards a pan of zero.
It works fine for tilt on the same position (DSC, hence the pan of 0 degrees)

Has this been looked into? I'm running 10.8.5 and still have this same problem...

Funny, I've been talking to HC about this just yesterday. They suggested changing from Hard Value to Add Value but I don't think that solves the issue.

Try an ELLIPSE effect and in the POSITION EFFECT page, S2 is [Pan]Tilt (valid numbers at 0 thru 100). Make one of them zero and you'll get what you want.
