You'll find the same effect in Live.

The default lookpage for recording is the page assigned to the hardware.
To change hardware assigned page: [Look] [M 1/12] [Enter] However this only allows you to assign a lookpage that records Intensity.

You can record to any look page with: [Rec] [Look] [S2 - Lookpage] [M 1/12]

For Group/Position/Colour/Other you can use the shortcut: [Record] [Button Array Letter].

In blind one would hope the default record would be for the currently "blinded" page/list.

One would expect that when in a sub page blind that any changes would save or record by default to the page you were working in. This is how cues work and I think the console should do things consistently.

I'm not commenting on what it should do. I agree. I'm informing all of what it currently does.
