10.81 Offset More Button

Post by Straker » Wed Nov 03, 2010 3:56 pm

Present in the OLE of 10.81 and on our desk currently running 10.66 (don't ask).

Have a Martin Mac 2000 performance patches with various lens palettes recorded whilst on tour we wished to offset the shutter rotation in the patch window. To get to this one would assume it would be under the more button (M12). However, despite being displayed as an option (ie appearing as More > in the M12 window) pressing the button does not produce more options for offsets.

To reproduce:
- Patch a moving light (tested as not working with VL 1000 AS and Mac 2000 Performance).
- Patch By Fixture
- 301 (fixture number)
- S2 (Offsets)
- M12 (More) At this point more options are not displayed for offset on different attributes. This is with the physical M12 key, the mouse clicking the box and also the keyboard.

You're right. MORE> does not work. BZ226

Write a cue or goto a cue that has the fixture open and on with some sort of shutter where if you change the shutter (or whatever) you can see what you're doing. Then make the change and do a TOOLS | MORE | S4-Fixture Offset. Select Assign Changes to Fixture Offset. Voila.
