Several quick tips to try.

1. Down grade to 10.6.2 and see if the tiles come back to life

2. Check and see where items are plugged into in the internal USB hub. The problem could be the hub itself. The internal hub has six ports. The 3 on the left hand side are one hub and the 3 on the right are another. If the tiles that are not working are all on the same hub that could be the problem. Grab a off the shelf powered hub and you should be good to go. If you don't need all the panels just rearrange them to get them on the working side.

3. Unplug the tiles before turning the console on. Turn on the console and let it boot. Then try to plug in one of the tiles. See if comes to life. Repeat until they all come back to life.

4. Load the OLE on a computer (laptop preferred) and say yes to "install USB drivers". Plug tiles into the laptop one at a time and see if they come to life.

Eric told me it would take up to 4 weeks to fix my board but he managed to do it in less then a week. That guy is rely sharp and knows his stuff. However I think they are closed on Saturdays. You might have to try him on Monday.

Joe and I communicated throughout most of the weekend on this. I was waiting on him to get a jumper to jumper the board back to a default state.

I think we're near the end of this one. Fixes for this and missed keys on older 010s coming to a theatre near you soon.
