Palette VL 2nd Monitor update slow

Post by MickCrozier » Fri Aug 28, 2009 9:22 pm

Very slow in fact, if I drag an app on the second monitor it refreshes at no less than half a second.
As I mouse over a window it also slows right down. I find it very annoying.

Is this a system thing to keep processing to a minimum... or is something wrong?

Wich USB interface are you using? The official Strand VGA adapter or one you bought at you local computer store?

He is using the one we supplied. It is not the "offical" Strand one, but it comes out of the same factory and has been in use without fault on a number of other installations.

We are looking into this as an issue.

From the same factory as in the manufacturer of the interface? I know this needs to be precise on some consoles as Horizon has made sure the drivers that you get with the second video option usb device from us works flawlessly. I shipped one out about two weeks ago, and it was working right out of the box.

Let me know, and we can see how we can help.
