Copying Attributes from scrollers

Post by Harrison » Thu Mar 06, 2008 12:03 pm

If you have built your custom scroller profile, would it be possible to implement this:

CMY Moving light - 1
Scroller - 2 (Currently in L103)

[1] [@] [Copy] [Colour] [2] Would text match L103 into cmy values to the moving light

Yes that would be nice. We have some clean up to do. Currently you can do a text match from any built in library to have it find the closest match on your scroller, but you can't to a fixed colour wheel on, say, a VL2000. Also, if you copy a CMY light to a fixed colour wheel, it will do closest match, but it doesn't to a scroller. There are a number of permutations and combinations we need to look at.

Would be a nice addition! And if ever you give us the function to tell every fixture in our rig what colour it is, then you could copy from those to moving lights and scrollers
