I could have wrote this in bugs.....
If you want the first frame of your scroller appears as a empty bubble in live; don't write L 130,white,n/c,or nothing when you edit this frame in the profile editor,but press the space bar one time.
Then you'll get an empty frame in your scroller.

good idea, but if we want to be able to color match to the clear will this still work? as opposed to the Lee or R00 or something?

If you want to paint with light, you're going to need a Palette

Sort of a moot issue as Text Match only works on proper palettes (or the built in Rosco, Lee ... palettes). You can't text match to the profile.
