Macro Help

I have movers that are powered from non dims. Could someone help me with how to do a simple macro to unpark the channel, set it to full, then park it again. The reverse would be unpark it, set it to 0 then park. I'm afraid I am a lighting guy and the LUA programming and how it hooks into macros is over my head.

Why don't you just invert the output. That way when the console is powered up, the fixtures are too. Then you power the desk down and the fixtures will too when the DMX hold time releases. No parking / unparking necessary.

Parking outputs in groups A B C D is a really easy way too.
That's how i do for non dim for movers,hmi...
You just have to go to patch by output then toggle group A B C or D.

Hope that helps

There are two reasons that I need to park

-Our consoles are on 24/7

-Even if the consoles were powered on and off, just because the console is on does not mean the movers should be.

I am really looking for something fool proof that anyone can hit a button and a macro will fire parking and unparking these fixtures. This would have been dead simple on the 550.

Then build a macro using the following commands...

Just change the fixture spec to the fixture numbers.
