colour effects

I am very familiar with the effects engine in Palette. I do have a problem where I can't get my mind around.

How do I set up an effect where all my fixtures are in a specific colour (e.g. L119) and I want a chase with another specific colour (e.g. L101) to run through.

I know how to approximate this, by setting up three effects which are the same on alle three colours (Effect 1 on colour A, Effect 2 on colour B, Effect 3 on colour C), but that only works well with the chase in full white, otherwise you have to guess a colourmix with the scale of the three separate effects. There must be an easier solution...

Before you ask, there a way too many steps to build it as a cuelist or bumpchase. I have 300+ LED's to do this for.

With that many LEDs, you should use the Pixel Mapper app that Robert did.

The only other way to select 2 specific colors is by changing your color space to Hue, then using a square wave on Hue,
you can select the Hi and Low value, in turn, you end up with 2 specific colors,
but only at the same saturation and value.

I usually do the Square Wave on Hue that Brian mentions.
