Position FX & Cue List Release on Basic Palette II

Post by bnortin » Tue Apr 26, 2011 8:58 pm

I've got questions about a couple of things that I do regularly on the Light Palette that I can't figure out on the Basic Palette II.

1. How do I get to position effects without the button by the encoder wheel?

2. If I create a 2nd cue list for a color chase effect, how do I get that cue list to stop while programming? Usually I have it on a 2nd playback so [Shift] [Rel PB] releases everything, but since this cue list isn't on a physical playback the [Shift] [Rel PB] command doesn't release the chase cue list, only the main playback.

Thanks.

1. [Shift] double tap {S2 - Pan] or {S3 - Tilt}

2. Right-click with your mouse on the second cuelist and choose release cuelist from the dropdown menu

The space bar on your keyboard should start the second cue list and the \ key should release the second cue list. The [ key should step forward and the ] key should step back between cues.
