"Move" cue is how you renumber cues.
("M" from QWERTY, then F11)
If you want to renumber the whole list, what you have to do is select all cues in the list,
Move them to a high number (say 1001), and then move them back,
otherwise it will complain about numbers overlapping.
You can also choose a new increment.
(Say you had a bunch of point cues, you can select a new increment of 1).
