preheating

Post by barbarab » Sat Oct 25, 2008 10:48 am

What would be the best way to preheat my conventional lights before channel check?
On the 300 series I could do { 1 thru 500 @ 10} and then use Next to step through bringing them to full.
On the classic palette if I use fixture check under tools it takes everything else to zero; so does (Shift+Highlight)+Next.
Thanks!
eta: I saw there was a preheat question posted by bazzer a while back but not sure if he was asking the same thing since I don't know what the 500 feature is... sorry if I'm duplicating.

Your syntax is actually very close.

Here is a way to make it work.

1/512@10 Enter
1 Enter
Shift+Tools
F8 (Hightlight)
Next
Next
Next.................etc.

Hope that helps!
