Re: Universal Palettes

Look into 'Copy Data' in patch. This could copy all data (including positions and colours) to new fixtures from an existing show

Re: LP VL: Busking LED Rig

Yes. If you select (e.g. with the 5x5 buttons) attributes will fade instead of snap. Fade in time changes by riding the A-crossfader up and down, the release time ([UNDO][UNDO]) is set by the B-crossfader.

What do you think about setting a time for any live change with the A/B faders?
TaineGilliam wrote:Take a look at setting your cross faders to "Captured In Time and Release Time". This may give you the affect you are looking for. This is found under Hardware Setup - [F8]A/B C/D.

Fading while fading

Ha! I am lazy. Console should work for me not the other way around. I have this issue with different shows around three times a year at the most unpredictable moments.

Could be such a nice touch if the console would solve this in a way that doesn't make you say Yuck! ;-)

Jittery fades

Could this be a console with a fragmented harddrive. Users are not allowed to use the defrag tool so the desk could become more and more fragmented which makes save times probably longer.

Re: Fading while fading

What I am asking for is something else: I would like the first fade to be completely finished for those particularly channels that are changing in both cues. I think that should happen in the time of the cue that was first triggered. This way you avoid a jump and you are a bit closer to what was int...

Fading while fading

Here is the problem: In cue 2 I fade a channel from full to 50% in 4 seconds In cue 3 I fade the same channel to 0% in 50 seconds. No when I press [GO] halfway through the fading of cue 2, the look on stage is wrong for almost the whole 50 seconds. It's fading in 50 seconds not from 50% but from 75%...

Random Freezing and Sluggishness

Usually the response time with horizon is within 48 hours. It's good practice to send an additional email to support@horizoncontrol.com to ensure the report send by the report utility is received well I have had similar issues. On my desk we are still searching what it could be. I am suspecting one ...

Question about updating.

There is a folder with old installs on your hatddrive. This way you can always go back to your current version. You just need to copy the file to the root of your drive and restart your console. There is one incompatibility for sure and that concerns effects. As long as you don't use many if these o...
