Playing Cue Out Of Order

How do you load a cue to be executed next when jumping around a rep cue list? I don't want to goto but want to preload so that when I hit go instead of going to the next cue in order it will go to the cue I specify.

Thanks,

Effects Handling

So there seems to be a known bug with position effects that make anything saved to a look/submaster default to working from the 50/50 home position. Is this bug fixed in a newer release? And does anyone have good advice on live handling of effects?

Thanks,

Re: Multiple Cue Stack Options

So is there any hope of fixing this laundry list of items?

Multiple Cue Stacks As LTP

Can multiple cue stacks not work in LTP fashion? For example, I have six VL5's doing a curtain wash. In cuestack one they are blue in cuestack two they are red. I go Cuestack One and get blue lights. I go Cuestack Two then get red lights. If I go again on Cuestack Two I get no effect. Nothing change...

Re: Fixture Profile

Brian I am not trying to pick a fight, but this statement is just wrong. BEGIN QUOTE Sorry Straker. Running Media servers on ANY console sucks. I am a GrandMA user, And a Hog 3 User, and an ETC user,.............. At mouse world, we use a wide variety of desks. Media servers suck on ANY lighting des...

Re: Universal Palettes

There are huge reasons to record palettes. You can run a show live by using the A/B or C/D Faders as live time selectors than using the century panel to execute things live. Rolling through gobos or colors on wheels doesn't work so well live. I would, however, agree with not needing positions to be ...

Universal Palettes

It would be nice if when I recorded a color or gobo palette for one light of a particular kind, that palette could apply to all lights of that kind. Heck with some parameters it might be nice to have the palette apply to all lights since universal attributes should enable this to happen. It seems cr...

Re: Fixture Profile

Can someone from Strand confirm that there are limits to labeling parameters on individual channels? I have several media servers and would be very disappointed if this is the case.

Multiple Cue Stack Options

On other consoles with multiple cue stacks we have things like Go On Fader Up and Release On Fader Down. Also options to Fade All Attributes. Is there anything like this that I am missing? Also it would be nice to be able to dynamically create and record to multiple cue stacks. Instead of having to ...

Re: Only One Page Of Looks

Excellent, that worked for me. This might be a question more for the open source forum but I am just going to continue my topic here for now. Page 2 of any set of palettes, whether Group, Color, Position or Beam, does not become available on the Virtual Century Panel Application until something is r...
