Re: P/T mode problems

Another P/T mode problem I have is that I would prefer the default to be linear movementt, and to only use polar when specifically needed. While this may not be to everyone's taste, the ability to set this as a default in software or hardware setup would be ideal.

Key Suggestions from Entech Tradeshow

(so far...) Colour Bubble for conventional lights. Can we label a conventional with its colour (or some other text) and have that appear in the bubble. Plus, using the scroller profiles as an example, perhaps if the label matches a gel colour, that colour is aslo in the bubble. (I suppose you could ...

Re: Times range

type:
1 / 10 @ . 10 to 100 ENTER

If it were me, this is what I would do: Write a piece of software that is sent out to distributors of Strand hardware. Re: Times range

It is already there. Here is the syntax:

(remember: all times with x/x are delay/fade, and to get the word "to", type the minus "-" key on the console)
...Go to the times window...
1 thru 10 @ 0 to 10 / 0

This will snap each light ON, one at a time, over ten seconds.

Re: mooving light lamp on don't close palette

In reality, the desk doesn't "know" if the lights are on, just that it sent the command.

I suggest that you plot a "lamp check" cue that points all of the lights where you can see them, and runs a simple effect "chase" so you can see where the "holes" are in the chase.

Re: tracking backup

Moving Light Attribute Selection Issues

For example: - A mac600 has no gobos - a light with only a scroller has no position, gobo, lens or special control Also, wh...
