Sorry - this will be forever a trial and error thing, because the sound card manufacturers insist on changing models so regularly! At least they are cheap.

It all depends on the configuration of the system, and how flexible it is. Sure you could run the CK stuff via RS232, but the original poster wanted to control the LEDs on the desk - presumably to perfectly sync the LEDs with what the console is doing. Think of "net slot" as "what universe am I playing in".

By changing the net slot, I suspect you were effectively moving the "controlled" channels far outside your intended DMX universe.

CK stuff is either controlled via Ethernet and with a CK control device connected to each of the PSUs that drive the LEDs. OR Via DMX at the PSU and some other third party controller. In Patch Routing, you will see all of the enabled routes. If Shownet is the only enabled one, then I assume that is how Premier is connected to the console. There is a function in the patch area that flashes the newly patched item (an older function that I used for checking the patch immediately as it was typed). It could simply be that this function is active?
