Re: Help with creating an effect

Maybe mentioned, maybe not.
Maybe related, maybe not.

Effects MUST be recorded DELTA, not LIVE.

Hope that makes a difference in your experiments.

Live doesn't record the necessary parameters correctly at this point in time.

Re: Channel select and distribution issue

I agree with Rob H. there, this is similar to the "use group blocks" parameter I proposed we need in effects.
Treat all fixtures in a group as one entity if desired.

Obviously both methods are needed.

Re: Can I get a Right Arm?

Yes, do send email to support@horizoncontrol.com Please include a complete manual of the device you want in PDF form, as well, as what mode you desire. (In the future, I've already found what I need as far as a manual.) Mode 6 (340 degrees Pan, 270 Degrees Tilt -w16-Bit with speed and reset)? (This ...

Re: block Q / attributs

Select Fixtures you want to block
Record
S3 (Record Type)
M3 (Selected)

If you want to block EVERY fixture, use
M4 (All) instead of M3 (Selected)

I haven't seen anything slip by when doing it this way.

Hope that helps!

Re: load schow and having a cue on stage direct

Actually there are 2 ways to skin this cat. 1. Under the properties for a cue list, you have the option of setting it to "Auto Run". (Shift + View Select PB) This will automatically press go one time on that cue list when the show is loaded. If it happens to be cue 1, and it has follow times and lin...

Re: 10.3.1 Goto Cue in Cue Time

I think what John is saying is: Goto Cue 2 Enter Should indeed get you to cue 2 as soon as possible and NOT take timing. But Goto Cue 2 (S12 - Recorded Time) (S10 - Follow) Enter Didn't work correctly. This syntax SHOULD execute the entire cue sequence if applicable. This isn't the way it should wor...

Re: 10.3.1 Goto Cue in Cue Time

Pretty sure it is on the list, but I am looking forward to just typing Cue 3 GO Nothing worse then having to press a lot of keys when the s&^* is hitting the fan. This syntax should take the cue in time, and execute follows. I believe the delay has to do with a major cleanup that brings button press...

Re: Dimmer CEMs

Sounds like someone needs to redo the CEM to support the web browser that 99.99999% of the customers actually use.
(IE: the browser that is actually installed on the consoles.)
