Re: Deleting a cue and tracking

In the Delete syntax, be sure you use "(S12) Cue Only".

If you are set to the mode that shows dialog boxes (Windows UI),
be sure the "Retain Cue Data" box is checkid in the Record Dialog Box.

Re: More Ram??

10.3.20 has performance enhancements, and the next few Betas I am told will have major ones.
I have a Palette 32/64 with only 256MB of RAM and I am already noticing improvements.

Re: Classic Grand Master.

In current versions, the priorites have been fixed. I am looking at 10.3.20, and with GM on my Palette 32/64, I have control over captured. Under hardware setup, take a look at the Priority tab. Be sure Grand master has a lower priority than Captured. IF, this tile even exists in 10.3.1, it probably...

Re: preview with wysiwyg

If you use "Pathport" instead of "Shownet", and set Blind Pathport to Universe 33,
that works currently.

I'm sure blind data will eventually make it back into Shownet.
Gary is already working on the WYSIWYG plug-in.

Re: Adjusting SMPTE time

The clicking on up and down closing the box does seem to be a bug, but the idea for that window is for you to use the wheel on your wheel mouse, or the level wheel. Holding "Shift" while rolling the wheel introduces a single frame. Best thing about this operation, is by holding "Shift" while moving ...

Re: load schow and having a cue on stage direct

Because of unlimited cue lists, personally I would simply create a "PreHeat" cue list. Embedded in the cue timing are cues with or without special Lua scripts. I would then just create a macro button that is set to a toggle, it's actions are run cue 1, and release that particualr cue list. Easiest w...

Re: Replace fixtures in effects

Another REALLY annoying bug is that once you are building a cue in the programmer,
you can't release fixtures without releasing any effects.
(Unless you do @ Enter).

Re: Replace fixtures in effects

Replace Fixtures will switch to whatever you have selected.

IE: fixtures 1 thru 6 are in a intensity effect.
Select 7 thru 12 (Be sure 1 thru 6 are not also selected)
Right-click and choose "Replace Fixtures"
Now 7 thru 12 are in the effect not 1 thru 6.

Works at this end.
Good luck!

Re: Help with creating an effect

Sounds like the behavior when you record the same effect in to multiple successive cues.
Effects need to be alllowed to track, if you start the same effect with the exact same paramemters in 2 cues that run back to back,
it causes problems.

Send a show file, and instructions.

Re: Help with creating an effect

Not unless you have your record mode set to default to "Delta",
which I doubt.

The command line tells what mode immediately, if it says Record Live, theres the problem.
