Re: Fade times on a Cue with look values

I would think so,
you'll want to pass your findings through the proper Strand Support channel.
Since "Time" is an attribute, it is debatable.

Re: RGB Cyc

That is correct, it would be one RGB+W fixture.
Take a look at Bobby's earlier post, he describes the way to patch it.

Re: RGB Cyc

With those clear cells,
Generic RGB+W 4 Channel
is your best bet, same patch technique as described by Bobby.

Re: Fade times on a Cue with look values

You are correct in your observations. "Time" in Palete carries the same properties as any other attribute. What you'll need to do if you are referencing other items as you are, is use independent timing. The "Times" display is accesible above the fixture grid, and times are applied like any other at...

Re: Print to PDF crash

Unfortunately it is a performance issue with your machine,
so until the guys can sort out making it a bit more bullet proof,
try printing your show from the OLE on a really good machine.

Re: 10.8.3001 Mac 700 Iris Effects?

Here are a few clues: Ramp Up = Ramp open snap close Ramp Down = Snap Open ramp shut Sine Wave = Ramp open ramp shut Sharing these effects between fixtures is important, but most important, is by adjusting "Offset", you achieve sequencing of the attribute that would impossible using its internal eff...

Re: PixelMapper available to play with

Gooze installing older version of .Net Framework may help.
As .Net updates come out, they are usually NOT backward compatible.
You need to be running the same Framework the app was created in.

Re: Console wont start - 2 hours before show

Whenever you have Palette start problems, the first thing to do is temporarily get rid of all show files,
so there is nothing to try to load. Sounds like a corrupt show file to me.

Holding shift as Palete is launching, and until it finishes, should keep it from loading a show file as well.
