Re: Following channel and cue list windows

Also on 500 if you then hit Enter (501 ENTER), then it would mark it for an update.

That's no longer an issue with Palette OS.

Re: patch by output command line

Something else for everyone to remember, we are creating truly unified control. This console has more balanced control between the conventional console world an the moving light console world than any other product on the market. This means that we are merging two worlds, two ideologies of console f...

Re: Release

Since we have the functionality of UNDO and RELEASE on the same key, what about the same thing for attributes.

UNDO COLOR ENTER would allow the color to go back to the previous selected but RELEASE COLOR would allow it to go back to what is stored. Basically to the cue or look.

Re: Release

Since we have this button doing both UNDO functionality and RELEASE functionality there is an argument for doing both but I think most folks want it to RELEASE. Essentially go back to recorded value. In the case where you haven't recorded anything yet, you would probably want it to UNDO.

Re: troubleshooting

500 series did have this when you selected DIMMER 96 you had a softkey CHAN which would allow you to bring up the channel's level by only knowing the dimmer #.

Re: Off-Line Editor

Otto,

I am running 10.1.2 and when I type 1 @ 5 @ 5 ENTER. The command line says 1 At 5 In Time 5* and channel 1 is at 50%.

So I cannot reproduce. Are you in Command Line mode or 1 or 2 digit mode? I am in Command Line mode. Check in Hardware Setup > Console > Level Entry Mode.

Re: Patch Comments from an email

I agree with your suggestion of a preferred solution John but you actually can patch in output mode. If I am in Patch By Fixture and I patch a VL1000AS to channel 1 addressed to output 1. Now I go into Patch By Output to see what's next available, I have used 1 thru 27. I type... Output 28 @ Fixture...
