From tech support... If it is completely frozen then the problem is most likely a fixture profile is causing it to crash. After restart they should have about 5 seconds to do something but after that the console will freeze. The way to fix that is if they can get into the main menu then they can res...

Sounds like you have a inhibitive sub that is affecting those. I would go thru the Groups display, filter to only look at Submasters (the button at the top) and then go thru and see what other subs may be controlling those channels.

In patch, you can edit a dimmer profile. You'll just need to add enough "points" in the profile for each frame and adjust as needed.

It would depend on the fixture profile but yes it could. It sounds like there is something in the fixture profile that is not allowing it to continue.

I recommend double checking your custom profile for errors.

Correct. This will only apply to fixtures with data. There is a setting in 3.8 that allows these palettes to be virtual. This means that they WILL apply to all fixtures in the rig. Yes. This is a setting in System Properties > Show Defaults > Advanced Options : Apply channel group shortcuts to selection only. The reason for this feature is so that live event programmers can use these for busking to apply to all fixtures. For those of us in theatre, we most likely want this fea...
