Hi all, today we got a new fix.- library from Strand, because we have an old Strandscanner. My collegue worked on that, loaded all and.........crash!!!!!!!! We got the popup window to save the logfile on usb stick, he tried but nothing. Very strange??? And now...loaded,and pan and tilt doesn´t work ...

Hi gooze, thanks for your help!! One great way found now to work with. It´s a little more work but I´m happy with that. I make a look, then i press " shift record" and uncheck intensity. After that i record same lamps intensitys at the lookmasters. If my collegue is happy with that too, i dont know....

Hi jmac, did you find the mistake already?? We also had this prob when we gave the same dmx adresses at our dimmerpacks. Also do not terminate the splitter. Do you have a dmx-tester?? This is a small and very helpful tool that shows you imitiatly after connecting every possible mistake. Greetings fr...

hi jmac,

did you try to connect only one dimmerrack?

Then try to disable output on the console? Still there?

Then try to remove splitter and so on, you will find the mistake.

Thank you guys for your help, I will try all to keep my desk running.....lol

@Bobby, if the software runs and the panels are not responsible, then it is also not possible to press " shift S1 "

Please let me know, where to find the tutorial.
